Welcome to the Mortgage
Minder Program!
With homeownership comes a myriad of responsibilities: insurance,
maintenance, mortgages, utilities, taxes, etc. For many,
this is the first time they have had to manage these
expenses. We work with homeowners to monitor their progress
in adjusting to these new responsibilities.
In addition, we provide homebuyer education, homeowner
education and assistance with preparing and following a budget.
This education insures that there are no gaps in a
mortgagor's understanding of what it takes to become a
successful, long-term homeowner. The goal of our program is
to help homeowners to establish habits that will lead to
greater financial safety and security.
